Once your order arrives into stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days. Please note, we are unable to store furniture for you so if you need to delay delivery please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Our delivery partners will get in touch with you directly to prearrange a delivery date with you. We ensure that your order is delivered by a two man team who will take the furniture to a room of your choice.
This service will be carried out providing there is adequate access, it is important to take measurements and discuss any access issues with our delivery partners when booking in a date as failed delivery due to inadequate access will incur a restocking fee of £150.
If you have specific delivery requirements please contact our office to discuss before you place your order.Delivery will usually take place on a weekday, and whilst we do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot always guarantee delivery will reach you on a requested date.
*We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, some areas of Scotland, Scottish borders, Carlisle and Cumbria. Orders to Wales, including some of the Welsh border, and the Southwest will incur a delivery charge of £150.

I know there is a lot of speculation about this company and I myself had doubts.
I received my sofa 3 weeks ago and so happy we chose it. The kids love converting it to a bed for lazy evenings or weekends. The fabric is great and so easy to keep clean. There is no gap between the cushions so crumbs don’t fall down and easy to hoover up.
The downside I would say is the seat area as a sofa is not as wide as I hoped but it is still adequate to put my feet up.
The sofa is firm but comfy. It needs to be firm to make a comfortable mattress for sleeping on.
I have slept it on as my kids wanted a sleepover downstairs the weekend we got it and I slept well, however I have to add I am an easy sleeper.
I have give 4 stars as we have not had it long so do not know how it will hold up.
This is the best sofa I ever had in my life. Very comfy. Not soft nor hard, right in the middle. Perfect addition to our new home.
I ordered the Grayson both as a corner sofa bed and a 2 seater in grey, textured fabric. The sofa is really comfortable and beautiful! I also love the storage that comes with the corner sofa, really handy for storing blankets, pillows etc. Delivery took the promised 8 weeks. Customer service experince was also on point and the delivery team were very helpful in showing me how to turn the sofas to a bed. The only bummer for me with the corner sofa is that I wished it was longer as my feet stick out if I'm sitting stretched on the chaise bit
so I have to fold my legs which I do not find very comfortable (I am 5'8). This is the only reason I am knocking off a star. Other than that, I am pleased with the sofa and would recommend.
Love my Stayinbed sofa bed. Good quality product, super comfortable to sleep on (in a different league to those fold away mattress type sofa beds!) and customer service was excellent! Delivery team were amazing, so polite and respectful, even removing their shoes upon entering my house without being asked! They also gave me a demonstration of how to convert into a bed, which is really quick and easy! Highly recommend!
